About Manipura:

The third center Manipura moves energy through body-mind system, pushing it out into the world and creating warmth and heat. This strong penetrating male energy of fire produces shining golden light which gives this chakra its name -"city of jewels". Ten-petalled Manipura is positioned just behind the navel on the spinal cord of the body, and we can think of it as glowing yellow Sun, radiating through the center of the abdomen. A red inverted triangle and a seed mantra Ram in the middle of the lotus also represent the element of fire.

In fire, matter gets transformed and turned into energy. This energy of transformation is central to Manipura. Ability to make decisions, any action and will to carry out actions originate in Manipura. This chakra supplies us with will-power to improve life by changing our habits and thought patterns.

Being the source of inner fire, it is at Manipura we can generate energy for healing. This chakra can produce enough heat and energy to eliminate any diseases of body and mind, and can be also used to assist others in their healing.

As the seat of digestive fire, it regulates the function of metabolism and digestive organs, as well as solar plexus and sympathetic nervous system. The third chakra also governs the sense of sight and the eyes. The signs of weak Manipura include digestion troubles, diabetes, ulcers, weight problems, and on mental level, may show as poor self-discipline, timidity, issues with self-image and fear of rejection.

Once this center is strengthened, great mental focus, vitality and stamina are obtained, and any task can be accomplished easily and effortlessly. マニプラについて

三つ目のチャクラであるマニプラは私達の体内のエネルギーを駆け巡りぬくもりを与えてくれます。マニプラは『宝石の町』という意味を表し、力強い男性性のエネルギーである火を生み出し金色の光を放っています。また、マニプラは10枚の花びらで描かれていてちょうどおへその裏と脊髄のあたりに位置します。黄色く燃える太陽の光が腹部から発光している感じと考えてください。赤い下向きの正三角形が蓮の中心に描かれていて『ラームRAM』の聖音と 要素は火です。

火には物事をエネルギーに変換させる力があり、この力はマニプラにも秘められています。決断力や行動力もマニプラが根源となり私達に原動力を与え、人生を好転させるために習慣や思考回路をも改善させてくれます。
